It’s a red sec blending from the 2012 vintage, an event wine whose intense and savoury aroma marries black cherries and dry plums with bitter chocolate. After the eye contemplates the colour, a charming dark crimson, the taste discovers a strong and equilibrated wine, as its well ripened tannins are happily integrated into an elegant structure in which the Shiraz spices are harmoniously associated with Pinot Noir’s finesse, Merlot’s softness and Cabernet Sauvignon’s force – the four varieties making it up.
